Job Title: Surgical Technologist - CVOR Specialist

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced CVOR Technologist to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility in Decorah, Iowa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing operating rooms for procedures and ensure all necessary equipment is available.
- Maintain a sterile environment during surgeries to prevent infection.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure smooth surgical processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Surgical Technology, Allied Health).
- 1+ years of experience as a CVOR Technologist or equivalent position.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65.00-$80.00 per hour, based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week. The total estimated annual salary is $134,400.00-$166,400.00. Additionally, we provide a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
