Role Responsibilities

The Investment Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the investment team. This role involves leading projects and managing all aspects of the investment process. The primary objective is to execute media purchases while enhancing expertise in fundamental Investment Management principles. Reporting to the Associate Director of Investment Management, this position plays a crucial role in the team.

Your Contributions:

  • Expertise:
    • Comprehensive understanding of agency operations and workflow
    • In-depth knowledge of client objectives and business strategies
    • Strong grasp of the investment process
    • Familiarity with the media marketplace and partner landscape
    • Insight into partnership opportunities, agreements, and terms
    • Proficient understanding of agency Terms & Conditions and media partner contracting
    • Knowledge of agency investment tools
    • Familiarity with partner invoice systems
Daily Tasks
  • Oversee the daily execution of tasks for the Investment Management team, including:
  • Campaign setup and management within agency media buying platforms
  • Ensuring accuracy of Insertion Orders sent to media partners
  • Maintaining budget compliance for media investments
  • Actualizing and reconciling media investments
  • Managing invoice reconciliation
  • Preparing client media billing reports
  • Resolving partner payment issues
  • Creating Marketplace Value workbooks
  • Closing campaigns
  • Accountable for media forecasting
  • Facilitating partner payment resolutions
  • Completing client Platform Tax documentation
  • Executing small-to-medium ad hoc projects
  • Training Investment Management Managers and Associates
  • Managing direct reports' time and resources
  • Building relationships with key media partners
  • Collaborating across internal teams and capabilities
Qualifications
  • Proficient knowledge of media investment systems and tools (e.g., Mediaocean)
  • Adherence to agency protocols (accurate timekeeping, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • 3-5 years of experience in media planning or buying
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
