Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including internal and external reports, to support organizational initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Reconcile assigned accounts, review and approve payable and receivables, and ensure accurate financial data is maintained.
  • Provide tax and 990 support, as well as assist with year-end audit work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance financial operations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of prior accounting experience, with a strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Experience working for a non-profit organization is a plus.
  • Ability to commute to the office daily.

What We Offer:
