Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Bakery Associate to join our team at our Gettysburg store. As a key member of our bakery team, you'll be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work surfaces.
  • Package and label baked goods for display and sale.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet sales and production goals.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have valid identification.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
