We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Bilingual Therapies. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of elementary students in grades 3-5.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individualized speech therapy sessions to a caseload of approximately 35 students
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student communication goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and student progress

**Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Active North Carolina SLP License
  • Prior experience in an elementary school setting is preferred but not required
  • This role does not include supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

**Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes dental, medical, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking a stable work-life balance. The contract duration is for the current school year 2024-2025.
