**RN Clinical Supervisor Role at Maxim Healthcare Services**

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to supervise the clinical care of our homecare clients. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our homecare team, ensuring high-quality clinical services are delivered to our clients.

You will manage care delivery and personnel, orient and evaluate homecare caregivers, and provide ongoing support and education to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to deliver excellent care.

In this role, you will perform both in-office and field duties, including patient home visits. You will also be required to maintain active RN licensure and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the clinical care of homecare clients from admission through discharge
  • Manage care delivery and personnel
  • Orient and evaluate homecare caregivers
  • Foster caregiver development through education and training
  • Perform both in-office and field duties, including patient home visits
