About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team at HearingLife. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping more people hear better through life-changing hearing health delivered by the best personalized care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
  • Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, conducting repairs, and cleaning.
  • Grow your patient population and meet practice financial goals while maintaining ethical practice standards.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories, and maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods.
  • Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio, including conducting hearing tests, coaching, and educating patients on hearing aid devices.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements and ability to operate audiometric equipment and interpret results.

Requirements
  • Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
  • 2+ years of hearing aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD
