Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Physical Therapists to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and the community
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to drive business growth and expansion
  • Manage clinic operations, including budgeting, staffing, and facilities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clinic remains at the forefront of physical therapy care

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a strong background in leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
