Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care in our Observation Unit. As a RN, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Current Maryland RN license or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland.
  • CPR certification.
  • ACLS certification for the Observation Unit.
  • BSN preferred; RN's without a BSN must enroll in a BSN program within 6 months and complete degree within 4 years of their start date.
