At TWG Hospitality Services (Trippas White Group), we're passionate about delivering exceptional food and service experiences to our clients. We're seeking a talented Chef to join our team at our clients busy onsite Canteen in the Ringwood area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure seamless food production

• Develop and implement menu plans for retail service times and function catering

• Maintain food safety compliance and oversee the cleanliness of the kitchen and service area

• Manage the Food Safety Plan and adherence to food hygiene and OH&S procedures

• Lead the kitchen team in food presentation and production, and maintain a strong relationship with staff, clients, and customers

Requirements:

• Passion for great food and customer service

• Experience working under pressure in a similar role in a corporate/client workplace

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and develop staff to exceed

• Leader in OH&S and Food Hygiene requirements

• Great personal grooming, presentation, and a confident and pleasant manner

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

• Proven experience within kitchen production
