JRT Mechanical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in maintaining project documents and ensuring accurate information is distributed throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Project Manager in maintaining project documents and ensuring accurate information is distributed throughout the organization.
- Input Change orders for the Project Manager.
- Take meeting notes and assist with project scheduling.
- Keep track of project progress and enter daily logs for field crews.
- Assist with purchasing needs and obtain quotes for change orders.
- Keep project drawings up to date in Bluebeam.
- Work with the onsite safety manager to help with documents.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Experience with Esub (can teach) and Trello (can teach).
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with a willingness to work onsite in an office trailer.
- Experience with BlueBeam.
- Ability to input RFI's and track RFIs.
- Proficiency in Procor.
