Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of diagnostic and interventional procedures in a catheterization laboratory setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab, including setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the procedure, positioning the patient, and applying ECG and other monitoring devices.
  • Assist the physician during procedures, including passing instruments, maintaining sterile technique, and providing support as needed.
  • Monitor patients during procedures, including ECG, blood pressure, and other vital signs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history, medications, and procedure details.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic life support certification.
