• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide personalized styling services to clients, including product recommendations and fashion advice
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
• Maintain a safe and well-maintained store environment, including adhering to company policies and procedures
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of fashion trends and product knowledge
