Location: North/South Eastern Connecticut

Company: Temporaries of New England, Inc.

Training & Work Schedule

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5:30pm

Hourly Rate: $18.24

Nature & Scope:

Reporting to the Supervisor of Selection / Receiving, this role encompasses the selection, packing, and receipt of products within a warehouse setting.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and adhere to computer-generated documents
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Support warehouse operations, including order picking and packing
  • Ensure precision in task completion
  • Execute tasks based on generated orders
  • Assist with additional projects as required
  • Maintain a well-stocked work area with necessary materials
  • Review and confirm pick-tickets
  • Support shipping and receiving processes
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
Standards & Accountabilities:
  • Exhibit a respectful and professional demeanor
  • Complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide assistance to team members when needed
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Follow instructions and prioritize safety

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution capabilities, accuracy, and timeliness. Basic computer proficiency required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
