Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide in-home care services to clients in the Coon Valley, WI area.

Job Summary:

This part-time, hourly healthcare/medical role offers a competitive pay rate of $17 to $22 per hour, paid semimonthly, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care to clients in the comfort of their own homes on an as-needed basis.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Administer medication and monitor clients' health status.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and household organization.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting.
