Job Summary

The Rounds Cook is a dynamic and versatile team member who plays a crucial role in the success of our culinary operations. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will work closely with our Executive and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional food preparation and presentation that exceeds our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient food production.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu offerings and ingredients to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Assist with menu planning and development to ensure innovative and delicious options for our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
