About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Brunch Bartender to join our team at Harp & Crown, a trendy restaurant and bar in the heart of Philadelphia. As a Brunch Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, mixing craft cocktails, and working closely with our team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to bar and restaurant patrons
  • Mix craft cocktails following standard recipes and procedures
  • Explain menu items in detail and make recommendations based on guest preference
  • Work collaboratively with other bartenders, servers, and support staff to ensure excellent service
  • Determine age for alcohol consumption and recognize alcohol limitations
  • Create memorable experiences for our guests and build repeat business

Requirements:

  • RAMP Certification required
  • Minimum one to two years of experience in high-volume, fine-casual or fine-dining environments
  • Passion for craft cocktails and working knowledge of flavor pairings
  • Strong knowledge of current industry trends, including classic cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and exceptional hospitality skills
