As a Lead Infant Educator, you will be responsible for implementing a superior Early Childhood Education curriculum, maintaining a happy, safe, and healthy education environment for the children, and collaborating with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a superior Early Childhood Education curriculum
- Maintain a happy, safe, and healthy education environment for the children
- Collaborate with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess and evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and needs
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Complies with all company and state-specific standards, and maintains validation of required credentials for the position
- Complies with all state-specific education requirements
- At least 6 months of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
