Job Title: Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Technologist
Job Summary:
As a cardiac catheterization laboratory technologist with Cross Country Allied, you will play a vital role in assisting with catheterization of the heart and other electrophysiology procedures. Working in an operating room, cardiac cath lab, or similar healthcare facility, you will be responsible for preparing equipment, assisting surgeons, monitoring patient vitals, and maintaining sterile conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with catheterization of the heart and other electrophysiology procedures
- Prepare equipment and assist surgeons during procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and maintain sterile conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience as a cardiac cath lab technologist
- ARRT Certification
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license
