Position Overview
We invite you to consider a rewarding opportunity within a distinctive practice model designed by physicians for physicians, located in the vibrant greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. We are in search of dedicated, full-spectrum, Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physicians (MD or DO) who are committed to serving diverse populations and providing comprehensive care for families within our community health centers.
Practice Environment
Our organization operates as an ambulatory care system comprising ten community health centers, which include Family Medicine services. Our primary focus is on a safety-net population, offering a wide range of clinical practice and educational opportunities. This role involves employment through a large, not-for-profit faculty group practice that specializes in delivering clinical, administrative, and educational services.
Role Expectations
The successful candidate will engage in an outpatient practice within a Community Health Center. Our Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) are eligible for both the Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment Programs and maintain a system score of 21. As a not-for-profit entity, our team members are also eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF).
