Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our luxury home construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from project planning to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges through proactive problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize project profitability.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction, with a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Construction Management degree or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, BlueBeam, and Adobe Acrobat, with experience in web-based applications such as Slack, Asana, SmartSheet, and Airtable.
  • Familiarity with Sage 300 CRE is a plus.
