The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both primary care and functional medicine, demonstrating a passion for providing comprehensive and personalized healthcare.
Responsibilities:- Conduct routine follow-up appointments with patients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Perform initial assessments and consultations for new patients, taking into consideration their medical history and individual health goals.
- Utilize telemedicine platforms to provide virtual consultations and follow-up care for patients.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals within the practice.
- Medical Doctor degree from an accredited institution
- IMF Functional Medicine Certification or in the process of obtaining certification
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred
- Valid state medical license and DEA registration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
