About the Role

Under the clinical supervision of a Staff Physical Therapist, you will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and treat patients referred by a licensed physician.

Responsibilities

  • Screen, evaluate, and re-evaluate patients referred by a licensed physician
  • Treat patients with the clinical supervision of a Staff Physical Therapist
  • Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development in the treatment of patients ranging from pediatric to adult
  • Coordinate and communicate activities with the healthcare team and the patient
  • Provide appropriate patient-related documentation, including quality assessment

Requirements

An Associate's Degree with a major in Physical Therapy is required. One year as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred, but not required. Current NH PTA license and BLS are required.
