We are seeking a passionate and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT, according to state practice guidelines.
Responsibilities- Assist PTs in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab accordingly.
- Document patient progress on weekly progress notes in an accurate and timely fashion, and obtain co-signature from PT.
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
- Complete all required documentation requirements as indicated and according to state guidelines.
- Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in-state as applicable.
- Competitive hourly rate: $40.00 - $45.00/Hr.
