As a Clinical Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Unit, your primary role will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care through comprehensive assessment, strategic planning, implementation of care plans, and ongoing evaluation. Your responsibilities will encompass direct patient interactions, education for patients and their families, and collaboration with medical professionals to achieve the best possible health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe and efficient patient care
- Oversee and coordinate patient care activities
- Engage in communication with physicians regarding patient conditions
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient health status
- Active RN License
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred
- Experience with ventilator management is advantageous
- BSN is preferred
