About the Role:

As a key member of our team at Hackensack University Medical Center, the Aesthetician plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and experiences within our Beyond Spa. This role involves performing a range of skin care services, from routine treatments to more complex procedures, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized skin care consultations to patients, identifying their individual needs and recommending tailored treatments.
• Perform a variety of skin care services, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion, using the latest techniques and equipment.
• Assist in the care of patients within the Beyond Spa, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in skin care and aesthetics, attending training sessions and workshops as required.
