Key Responsibilities:

Patrick Accounting is expanding its workforce. An exciting opportunity is available for a Tax and Accounting Supervisor. In this capacity, your primary duty will be to deliver exceptional personal service to a segment of our small business clientele. Regular interaction with clients is essential, and our systems ensure a smooth workflow throughout the year. You will oversee and evaluate the monthly accounting procedures, prepare and assess tax filings (individuals, partnerships, and corporations), and assist clients with ongoing tax strategies. As a key contact, you will provide outstanding personal service to clients, fostering long-term professional relationships. We require your expertise to manage a rapidly growing client base.

  • CPA or EA certification is mandatory.

  • QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is a plus.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for small businesses and their success.
  • A friendly, confident, and positive demeanor.
  • Ability to engage with various types of small business owners.
  • Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.
