  • Expand and maintain our intranet - Quality Management, and manage customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food/Biotechnology or equivalent education.
  • Relevant work experience in quality management, with a strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
  • Proactive and independent work style, with knowledge of audit preparation and support.
  • Team player with the ability to handle pressure, and proficient in common IT programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
