About the Role

As a pediatric nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and their families, providing individualized care and support. Our nurses work in a variety of settings, including patients' homes, and have access to ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically fragile children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current, valid RN or LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
