We are seeking a seasoned Preconstruction Manager to join our team at ONCORE Construction Consulting Group. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic collaboration with owners, design consultants, and colleagues.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing conceptual budgets to create GMAX proposals with minimal information
  • Quickly gaining an understanding of owner/architect requirements
  • Communicating and presenting complex issues to management, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Leading the preconstruction phase of projects, interacting with project owners, design consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Evaluating subcontractor/supplier bids, developing detailed estimates of work, and presenting comparative studies

ONCORE Construction Consulting Group is a large-volume GC with nearly 50 years of experience in building ground-up base buildings, repositioning renovations, and interior fit-outs. Your Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive 6-figure salary, participation in the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP), and an incentive bonus program. Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in construction science, structural or civil engineering, or equivalent technical training and experience combinations. A minimum of 10 years of experience in providing conceptual budgets to create GMAX proposals with minimal information and quickly developing an understanding of owner/architect requirements is also required. You should have a polished, professional demeanor and be comfortable interacting with project owners, design consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders in a senior leadership role during the preconstruction phase.
