About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-reliant individual to oversee all aspects of our distribution warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the entire warehouse, from receiving and storing inventory to shipping orders and maintaining the facility. This role demands a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct administrative tasks related to warehouse operations and inventory shrink prevention, including performing cycle counts.
  • Ensure that merchandise is received and stored efficiently and economically while maintaining required records in accordance with company policy.
  • Train and ensure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations, including SOPs, Work Flows, and WMS/ERP system processes.
  • Prepare shipments of materials in compliance with company policy.
  • Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Experience in the vinyl wrap industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and Inventory Management software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
The pay range for this role is:

USD per hour.
