Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Ruiz Food Products. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including conveyor systems, packaging machinery, and HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical problems and make repairs as needed.
  • Conduct predictive maintenance and repairs to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Work with minimum supervision and be flexible to work any shift and weekends.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Industrial maintenance training preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience as a general mechanic.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration, ammonia, and guard systems a plus.

Compensation: $25-$40/hr (DOE). Schedule: Swing (2:00pm-10:30pm) or Graveyard (10:30pm-7:00am).
