Concierge - On Call

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Revel Communities. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and guests, providing exceptional service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embody the Revel Culture Code in all interactions with residents, families, guests, and colleagues.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with coordinating resident activities, outings, and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding resident expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized front entrance, lobby, and common areas, ensuring a positive first impression for guests and residents.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive resident experience.

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
