Job Overview

The Director of Finance will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of our organization. This position requires a seasoned financial expert with deep knowledge of the banking and financial services industry, regulatory requirements, and emerging financial technologies.

Requirements

  • MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance roles within the banking or financial services industry
  • At least 8 years of experience in a senior leadership position in a large financial institution

  • Expert knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements in the banking industry
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices in financial institutions
