Job Overview

Banks Chevrolet is seeking a skilled Shuttle Driver to join our Service department. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while safely transporting customers and dealership personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership.
  • Professionally interact with dealership personnel and customers, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Use good judgment and safe driving skills to transport customers and dealership personnel safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a timely and consistent shuttle route, ensuring minimal delays and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all State and Local driving laws and regulations while driving company vehicles and transporting customers.
  • Communicate effectively with dealership personnel and other vehicles to report any disruptions to service.
  • Notify the dispatcher or service manager of any service maintenance required for the shuttle vehicle.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
