Role Responsibilities

This role involves accurately fulfilling customer orders while adhering to Cat5's standards for productivity, quality, and precision. The inventory primarily includes footwear, apparel, accessories, and various equipment.

Key Duties
  • Efficiently hand-pick merchandise to fulfill a high volume of orders
  • Package orders using appropriate materials and prioritize shipments
  • Assist in loading delivery vehicles using a pallet jack
  • Receive and organize new merchandise
  • Meet individual and team performance goals
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Strict adherence to safety protocols
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime and holidays
  • Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to operate handheld scanners

Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center
  • Forklift operation experience
Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this position, the Logistics Team Member will regularly stand, walk, reach, climb, bend, and crouch. Vision requirements include close and distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The role requires the ability to grasp, lift, carry, and operate various equipment, including the capacity to lift heavy items occasionally.
