BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, including those with tracheostomies and ventilators
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in good standing
  • No prior LPN experience required; tracheostomy and ventilator management experience a plus
