Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical research and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a vocational school or college with a degree in nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of California.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • IV certification.
  • Two years of recent experience in an acute care facility or medical group practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) or IDX systems.
