Job Summary
Prefect a dynamic team at Pinthouse Pizza, as a skilled Artisanal Baker. This role involves preparing high-quality breads and desserts daily for our customers. With a passion for Sourdough, Pizza Dough, and Other Breads, you will be responsible for shaping dough by hand, using only the finest ingredients, including house-brewed beer.

About You
We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and a team-centric, hospitality-forward mentality. As an ideal candidate, you should have experience as a Baker, Pastry Cook or similar role, and hold Food Handlers Certification. A Certification or Degree from Culinary School is preferred.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Have a passion for producing high-quality baked goods
- Demonstrate flexibility to work around customer demand
- Follow recipe cards exactly and maintain high-level dough production
- Be proficient in using, cleaning, and storing professional kitchen equipment
- Work predictably on AM schedules with weekend availability required

This role offers a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 per year, which may vary based on location.
