Job Overview

DiningRD is seeking a contract Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health. This position offers flexibility during the Monday to Friday schedule.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist with completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA, and documentation for residents at high risk for nutritional problems. They will participate in care planning, collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team, and provide oversight to the food service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete MDS assessments and document resident information
  • Participate in care planning and collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team
  • Provide oversight to the food service department

Requirements:

  • Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials
  • Licensed (if required by State)
  • 2 years of consulting/long term care experience preferred
