Job Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our patients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
  • Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned
  • Reinforce supports and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
  • Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
  • Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
  • Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
  • Record observations of patient responses to nursing care rendered
  • Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned

Requirements:

  • Current and valid LPN license
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
  • Physical strength and stamina
  • First aid and CPR certifications
