Job Overview

The Security Operations Specialist is responsible for safeguarding individuals, groups, organizations, or assets through vigilant surveillance and protection measures. Key responsibilities include monitoring designated areas, providing security support as necessary, and maintaining detailed incident reports within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring robust security operations for all clients.
  • Safeguard the organization's property, personnel, and surroundings by ensuring the location remains secure.
  • Identify and apprehend unauthorized individuals and remove those who breach the established rules of the secured area.
  • Document and report any suspicious activities to management with thorough detail.
  • Act lawfully in defense of the property, personnel, and environment under supervision.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises, including buildings and surrounding areas.

This position reports directly to the on-site supervisor.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $35 per hour.

Requirements:
  • Ability to commute or relocate as necessary.
  • Preferred education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Required experience: 3 years in law enforcement and 3 years in military service.
  • Must possess an Armed Security License.

  • Day Shift (Required)
  • Night Shift (Required)
  • Overnight Shift (Required)

Work location is in person. Commission opportunities are available for employees who secure additional contracts for Fortified Risk Group during their employment.
