International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Ministry Leader to join our team in Hammond. As a Ministry Leader, you will be responsible for serving international students, fostering relationships with campus staff and organizations, and establishing partnerships with local churches.
Key Responsibilities- Serve International Students: Start a Bible study, host events, and maintain at least one discipleship relationship.
- Register IFI as a Recognized Student Organization: Maintain registration and build a strong relationship with other campus international organizations.
- Foster Relationships: Develop connections with campus staff and organizations.
- Establish Partnerships: Begin to establish partnerships with local churches.
- Mobilize Volunteers: Work to mobilize volunteers to help with IFI activities.
- Develop Financial and Prayer Partnerships: Share the vision of the ministry and develop financial and prayer partnerships for the budgeted needs of the role.
- Adherence to IFI's Statement of Faith: Adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies.
- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrate faithfulness, loyalty, and dedication to IFI's mandate to extend God's love globally.
- Organizational Skills: Be well-organized with attention to detail and ability to complete tasks independently.
- Team Player: Be a self-starter, able to work independently, as well as a team player.
- Flexibility: Ability to work under stress and be flexible.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in education and/or ministry-related field.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people.
