Bakery Professional

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Professional to join our Crumbl AL-Daphne team. As a Bakery Professional, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods, operating equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

The estimated salary for this position is $9 per hour, plus tips. Compensation includes weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement.

Key responsibilities of the Bakery Professional include:

• Reading and understanding recipes
• Measuring and combining ingredients
• Decorating and displaying finished products
• Testing ingredients and finished goods for quality and safety
• Greeting customers and answering questions

To be successful as a Bakery Professional, you should have strong communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Previous food experience is preferred, but not required.
