Job Description
Customer Service Rep., Manager

The Customer Service Rep., Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and timely. This includes supervising and motivating team members on a daily basis, assisting with customer communication and resolution of customer issues, and participating in coverage for team members who are out of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the customer service team
- Supervise and motivate team members on a daily basis

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in managing team members in a business environment
- Internal and external customer service experience, aerospace is an asset

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
