We are seeking a skilled Expeditor to join our team at Metro Diner. As an Expeditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner and according to menu and customer specifications.

• Coordinate the pace and flow between the kitchen and the Servers.
• Monitor ticket times and communicate with the cook line to assure prompt delivery of orders.
• Ensure that all orders are prepared according to the Guests' specifications and follow the Metro Diner recipes and menu.
• Immediately notify management of any item that needs to be recooked and run to a table.
• Call for food runners to ensure food gets to the table in a timely manner.

• Skills to coordinate and manage the pace and flow between the Servers and the kitchen.
• Attention to detail to monitor ticket times and communicate with the cook line.
• A commitment to ensuring that all orders are prepared according to the Guests' specifications.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and diffuse stressful situations through a calm, thoughtful demeanor.
