Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Surgical ICU Stepdown unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current Pennsylvania license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions)
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (Critical Illness (ICU, PCU, or Stepdown))
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC)
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. must also be current as needed per specialty
