Your Contribution

As an Automotive Painter I, your role is vital in preserving the visual excellence of our luxury coaches. Your proficiency in paint application and surface preparation will guarantee that our fleet retains its superior aesthetic. Join a collaborative team that prioritizes precision, quality, and cooperation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces meticulously for painting to ensure a flawless foundation.
  • Masking: Safeguard areas not intended for painting to achieve clean edges.
  • Paint Mixing: Formulate paints to attain the desired hue and finish.
  • Painting: Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat to deliver a premium finish.
  • Inspection: Detect imperfections and execute touch-ups as necessary.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain painting tools in a clean and operational state.
  • Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to uphold exceptional quality standards.
Essential Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English with strong reading comprehension abilities.
  • Fundamental understanding of automotive painting techniques and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in painting luxury coaches or premium vehicles.
  • Knowledge of various types of paints and coatings.
