Job Summary

ACE PRECISION, INC. is seeking a skilled Brazing Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing parts for braze by nickel blasting and applying braze alloy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply braze paste to parts ensuring a uniform application
  • Debur parts as needed
  • Properly package parts for transportation to the next operation
  • Identify and report defects in parts
  • Perform preventive maintenance on heat treat equipment
  • Meet production standards through efficient organization and planning
  • Follow safety policies and procedures
  • Accurately complete required documentation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to read English and understand sketches, routings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and other Company stakeholders
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of decimals and fractions
