About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our team at Goodwill of Central & Coastal Virginia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about retail operations and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations in the absence of senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and achieving sales targets.
  • Monitor associate progress, providing guidance and support to help them meet individual goals and contribute to store success.
  • Participate in production tasks as needed to reach store objectives, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising, serving as a role model for associates and embodying Goodwill's commitment to exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 1 year of leadership experience in a retail environment desirable.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
